Optimus Reparo provides honest and reliable service and we expect the same from our clients as well. 

The visit details will be discussed initially via text/email or phone call. 

The final decision on how to proceed with the repair  will be decided at the time of the visit after appliance assessment and diagnostics. 

Once client decides to share his address and schedule the appointment, this is being interpret as a commitment to a paid service call. 

Service call fee is waived if there is a decision by the client to proceed with the repair. 

Payment is due at a time of the service.
